Paramedic Contract Hub is the internal collective-agreement intelligence platform for Peel Paramedic Union. It gives union leaders a single place to research contracts, prepare for bargaining, and manage casework with the clarity dense legal text demands.

Compare clauses and wage grids across locals and bargaining units, with searchable agreement text and structured wage data.
Casework
Track grievances, labour orders, and arbitration matters through their lifecycle, including supporting documents and discussion.
Bargaining preparation
Build and share bargaining books so negotiation teams work from a common, evidence-backed briefing package.
Collaboration
Coordinate through peer help, watches, and operational pulse updates across the Local.
Document extraction
Extract clauses and wages from agreement PDFs with AI assistance. All extracted categories undergo human review; unrecognized categories enter admin quarantine before they can enter the trusted taxonomy.
Organization
OPSEU Local 277 ("Peel Paramedic Union") represents approximately 1,000 members — paramedics and logistics technicians. The Local is recognized for strong outcomes at the bargaining table and for investing in technology that strengthens day-to-day union operations.
